Invitation Letter & Visa Information

Please be kindly noted that the organizing committee is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing a Conference Invitation Letter.The invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. Should your application be denied, the committee cannot influence the Ministry of External Affairs or communicate with the consulate or visa center on your behalf.

About the Invitation Letter:

• The letter serves as proof that your submission and registration have been accepted.
• It will be provided in English and may assist with your visa application.
• It does not guarantee visa approval.
• Letters will only be issued after your registration and payment are completed.
• The letter will be sent via e-mail only.

To request an Invitation Letter:

Please e-mail us with the following documents:

• Completed Registration Form
• Proof of Payment
• Passport-size Photograph
• Passport Scan Copy

Important Notes:

• The invitation letter will be issued only after successful registration.
• Your name must match your passport exactly. Any mismatch may delay or result in visa denial.
• The registration fee is non-refundable in the event of visa denial.
