Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to Conference Secretariat.globalaestheticssummit@gmail.com.
  • Cancellations received after 15th July 2025 will be entitled for only 75% refund of the registration amount paid.
  • Cancellations received till 16th August 2025 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
  • No refund for cancellation made after 16th August 2025.
  • The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
  • Cancellation policy: As per the policy of the organizing committee (Global Aesthetics Summit 2025).
