• Online/Card charges will be applicable on the total amount.

For Bank Transfer:

• Please make sure to transfer exact amount, including GST.
• Email transaction ID and screenshot with details (Full name, Email, Mobile) to globalaestheticssummit@gmail.com

Statutory Note:

• The organizing committee reserves the right to confirmation of the registration.
• The decision of the committee shall be binding and final.

KINDLY PLEASE NOTE:

• Registration for the conference is mandatory for all participants.
• Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
• Provide your updated email & mobile no. for registration and communication.
• Conference Kit for Spot Registrations subject to availability.
• Organising Committee is not liable for any changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to Conference Secretariat.globalaestheticssummit@gmail.com.
• Cancellations received after 15^th July 2025 will be entitled for only 75% refund of the registration amount paid.
• Cancellations received till 16^th August 2025 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
• No refund for cancellation made after 16^th August 2025.
• The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
• Cancellation policy: As per the policy of the organizing committee (Global Aesthetics Summit 2025).
