Important Instructions
- The Hotel check-in time is 14.00 hrs and check-out time is 12.00 Noon.
- Early check in & late check-out is strictly subject to availability.
- Any incidentals such as Internet (other than complimentary basic Wifi), Mini Bar, Room service, laundry and telephones etc. will be settled by the guest directly at the time of check-out.
- You are requested to carry a photo ID proof required by the hotel at the time of check-in.
- Children under 8 years & younger will not incur any fees. Children over 8 years old will be subject to additional accompanying person fees.
- Extra Bed can be arranged by the hotel at additional charge.

Refund Policy:
- Registration cancellations received till 31st March will be refunded 25% of the registration fee.
- Registration fee is non-transferable.
- Refunds will be made post-conference.
